Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
1. What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to this website and to any inquiry made through it. Broadhead Commercial Services ("we," "us") provides hotel renovation and rehab. Using the site or sending an inquiry means you accept these terms. Any project we take on is governed by the written proposal or contract for that project; where it and this page differ, the written proposal or contract controls.
2. Proposals
A proposal is our scope, schedule and price for the project as it was described to us, using the details and files you sent. It is not an agreement until both of us accept it in writing. If the scope or conditions on site change, the price and schedule may change too.
Payment terms, timing and everything else about a project are set out in the written proposal or contract. Nothing on this website is an offer to do a particular project at a particular price.
3. Photos and Files You Send
Photos, plans and documents you send are used only to review and price your project. We do not share or sell them. You are responsible for having the right to send us anything you upload.
4. Text Messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our form or ask us in writing to text you, we may send text messages about your inquiry, your proposal and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and your opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent Texas law allows, our liability for any claim arising from this website is limited to the greatest extent the law permits. Liability for project work is set out in the written contract for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
6. Photos and Content
The photographs, copy and design of this website belong to Broadhead Commercial Services or are used under license. Do not copy or republish them without written consent.
7. Privacy
We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it and your rights.
8. Disputes
Texas law governs these terms. Before filing anything, contact us and give us a real chance to make it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be settled by binding arbitration in Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each of us waives a jury trial and class participation. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
